Delta Dental of Arkansas

Technology is always improving, and we’re improving with it as we update our business systems during the summer of 2024! These enhancements will strengthen and modernize our systems with technology improvements and more agile administration that will help us serve you better.

These enhancements will strengthen and modernize our systems, streamline the way we work with our customers and ultimately provide you with a higher level of service. Plus, they’ll lay the groundwork for the creation of innovative benefit designs and new products that will bring more valuable coverage to our customers. Many of the upgrades will be behind-the-scenes and impact our administrative processes. However, there will be changes you’ll notice, including a fresh design and new features in our online portal for dentists, group clients, brokers, and members.

Keep an eye on this page for all the information you need to know, including important changes and new features you can look forward to using. We're also sending regular communications on the system enhancements through email, so please be sure we have your correct email address on file.

Key Dates

	July 22:	System enhancements will be complete. New portals for group members, employers, dentists, and brokers will be available.
	July 13 – 21:	Our System Upgrade Period. Claims received during these dates will be held for processing until July 22. The current Employer Toolkit is available in "read-only" mode for group clients and brokers.
	July 12:	Deadline for online eligibility and enrollment changes to be made in the current Employer Toolkit and online payment of July premiums bills.
	July 8:	Deadline for brokers to submit new groups for July 1 or August 1 coverage effective dates.
	June 20:	System Enhancements Guides emailed to employers, brokers, and dentists.
	May 21:	System Enhancements Announced by Delta Dental of Arkansas.
