Delta Dental of Arkansas is pleased to provide in-kind donations of toothbrushes and coloring books to Arkansas organizations that meet the following criteria. If you would like to request a donation, please read through the guidelines and complete the form below.

In-Kind Donation Guidelines:

• Items are provided free of charge to qualified organizations. This includes non-profit, schools-based, faith-based and community-focused organizations.
• Delta Dental does not provide toothbrushes to dental offices or businesses.
• Toothbrush quantities are limited to 200.
• Organizations may request items once per year.
• Please allow up to four weeks for delivery.
• Organizations located within 30 miles of Delta Dental’s offices will be asked to pick up items.
